Returning an Item

There is a 15% restocking fee on any products returned, excluding defective products. Opened or used products are non-returnable. All returns must be made within 30 days. ALL returns are TESTED, if the product works there will NOT be a credit issued and the customer will need to pay the shipping to get the product back.

WE WILL NOT TAKE BACK ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED OR OPENED. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN OPEN ITEMS, A CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

ANY ITEM THAT HAS BEEN SHIPPED CAN NOT BE CANCELLED.

ANY PACKAGE REFUSED WILL BE CHARGED THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. THERE IS NO REFUNDS ON ANY SHIPPING CHARGES (excluding defective items).

FREE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR CREDIT. If a free item is sent with your order and you return your order and keep the free item, the amount of the free item will be deducted from your credit amount.

Please be sure to fill out the return form in the customer care section of our site when returning an item and include it in the box with your item/s.
